Simply log in to your account and navigate the billing section to cancel your monthly subscription. From there, you will be able to cancel your subscription. If you have any issues canceling, please contact our customer support team, who will be happy to assist you with the cancellation process.
When you upgrade or downgrade a plan mid-period, the changes will take effect immediately and reflect on your next billing cycle. The charges will be prorated based on the number of days remaining in the current billing period. Any unused features or quotas on the previous plan will not be carried over to the new plan. Additionally, any changes made to the plan will be reflected in your account immediately, so you can start using the new features or increased limits immediately.
